Welcome to ProCraftory. The terms we, us and our refer to ProCraftory, operator of procraftory.com and all related services. By using our services you agree to these Terms of Service.

Access and account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You represent that the information you provide is correct, current and complete.

Custom products and orders

All products are made to order based on your design and specifications. When you place an order you make an offer to purchase; the order is accepted once we confirm and process payment. Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns without cause; quality issues, damage, or wrong items are handled under our after-sales policy.

Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed. Posted prices may not include taxes, shipping, customs or import charges.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Intellectual property and your content

You represent that you own or have the rights to all artwork and content you submit for production, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the content of your custom orders.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the services for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights of others, or to submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services and products are provided as is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
