Shipping Policy
Worldwide direct shipping
ProCraftory ships worldwide. Every item is custom-made after you order and shipped directly from our production facility once production is complete. We do not operate local stock warehouses.
Timeline (estimates)
- Production scheduling and manufacturing: usually 3-10 business days.
- International transit: usually 7-20 business days, depending on destination and shipping method.
- Total for most regions: approximately 10-30 business days.
Shipping methods
Available methods depend on your destination and are shown at checkout:
- Economy — lowest cost, longest transit (about 10-30 days).
- Standard — balanced cost and speed (about 8-20 days).
- Fast — faster delivery (about 6-12 days).
- Express — fastest, higher cost via couriers such as DHL or FedEx (about 3-7 days).
Tracking
After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email. Most international orders use two tracking numbers: a first-mile number issued on dispatch, and a last-mile number issued after customs clearance for final local delivery. You can track on platforms such as 17track. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders ship internationally and may pass through customs in the destination country. Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated at checkout.
Address requirements
Please provide a complete recipient name, phone number, street address, postal code, city, state or province, and country. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
Regions that require a tax or ID number
Some destinations require a national tax or identity number for customs clearance. If it is missing, the parcel cannot be delivered. Examples include:
- Brazil — CPF
- Chile — RUT
- Peru — RUC
- Mexico — RFC or CURP
- South Korea — Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCC)
- Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE and others — national ID as required
Address accuracy and returned parcels
Once an order enters production or has shipped, the delivery address, shipping method, and items cannot be changed. Packages returned due to address errors or unpaid duties are not guaranteed free re-delivery; re-shipment may require additional fees. For questions contact contact@procraftory.com.
