Quality Reprint and Remake

Overview

For custom items ordered on procraftory.com, if you receive a production defect, transit damage, a wrong item, or a missing item, you may request a free reprint or remake within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible issues

• Print or cut quality defects
• Transit damage
• Wrong item received
• Missing items or quantity mismatch

First reprint or remake

For confirmed issues that are our responsibility, we prioritize a free reprint or remake. Please describe all issues clearly in one request so we can resolve them together.

What you need to provide

• Order number
• Product name or SKU
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the defect, and for transit damage, photos of the outer packaging
• An unboxing video when available, which speeds up approval

Not covered

Results caused by your design files (low resolution, insufficient bleed, thin lines, unauthorized content) and normal color variance are not eligible for free reprints. Please review the preview and craft guidelines before checkout.

Returns

Do not ship anything back to us without written instruction from our team.

Processing time

Reprints require new production scheduling, typically 7-20 business days before dispatch. Claims are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Contact contact@procraftory.com for help.
